These terms apply only to the website, its content, and its website-based features. They do not replace any separate HVAC estimate, work order, invoice, financing document, warranty, service contract, or other offline agreement you may receive from PULSE HVAC.

The website includes an online booking flow and an AI assistant. A booking request submitted through the website is only a request for service until PULSE HVAC confirms it by phone, text, email, or another direct communication.

The AI assistant is provided for general informational and lead-intake purposes. It may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and it does not provide professional HVAC, legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice. Do not rely on the AI assistant as a substitute for speaking with our team or for emergency services.

If you need immediate HVAC assistance, call (916) 850-2221. If you have a gas leak, fire, or another emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services first.

This website does not currently provide user accounts. If we later add account features, you will be responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and notifying us promptly of unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate booking requests.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for someone else.
• Upload, submit, or transmit unlawful, infringing, harassing, abusive, malicious, or deceptive content through the site, chatbot, or privacy request contact channels.
• Interfere with the site's operation, attempt to bypass security measures, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or data except as allowed by law.
• Use the site in a manner that infringes our intellectual property rights or the rights of our service providers or other users.

The website design, branding, logos, copy, graphics, page layouts, and original content are owned by PULSE HVAC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership interest or license except the limited right to access the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

The website relies on third-party services for hosting, analytics, online booking, chat, and map display. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or websites except as required by law, and your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, THE BOOKING TOOLS, AND THE AI ASSISTANT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE HVAC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE HVAC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, BOOKING FLOW, CHATBOT, OR WEBSITE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms of Service and any dispute relating to the website will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
